Safety.
When multiple (young) kids are shooting on goal at once, some are tempted to retrieve a ball while another player is shooting. When kids don’t need to go into the goal to retrieve balls, they are less likely to be hit by another players shot. If you have coached young kids, you have probably seen it happen.

Adjustability.
Change how high you attach the back of the of the LAX DOG to the back of the net to change its pitch/angle. The lower the angle the shorter distance the ball will roll. The steeper the angle the farther the ball will roll out.

Give life to old nets.
When used in goals with warn and limp older nets that may even have some holes in lower areas. The Lax Dog helps revive the shape and form of those old nets while blocking holes that allow balls to escape out the back of the net. Extend the life of your net and get the benefits of the ball return.
